The masterplan for Battersea Power Station is an unfolding story and one which gets more exciting with each new chapter.
Since the momentous opening of the Power Station to the public in October 2022, the riverside neighbourhood has established itself as a mixed-use destination that appeals to both a domestic and international audience, with culture and community at its heart.
The first three of seven phases are now complete, with the latest Phase 3C earmarked to commence construction in spring 2026.
We are now looking ahead to the Future Phases, the remaining parts of the site that will complete the masterplan.
The approved masterplan sets the overall framework for what can come forward – including how much space can be developed and the general layout of buildings – but it does not determine exactly what will be built or when.
We want to hear your views as we begin shaping the next stages. These phases could include a mix of homes, shops, workspaces, leisure and cultural spaces, along with public areas for everyone to enjoy.
How to get find out more and get involved
We recently hosted a pop-up display at the Power Station to share more information about the Future Phases. If you were unable to visit the Power Station during this time, the information shared can be viewed below.
