Location: Our Guest Services desks are located just inside the North Entrance (Upper Ground Floor) and South Entrance (Ground Floor) of the Power Station.

If you require extra support, our fully trained Guest Services team offer the following services to help make Battersea Power Station accessible to everyone:

  • Accessible Toilets
    Our accessible toilets are located throughout the power station; no radar keys are needed for use of these facilities.
  • BSL Interpreting
    Our Guest Services team have access to live British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting, powered by Sign Live so that we can effectively assist you.
  • Changing Places
    Our Changing Places facility is located First floor, north side and is accessible using a RADAR key.  If you do not have a RADAR key, please contact our Guest Services team who can provide access.

  • Companion Canes
    Companion canes are available if you are visually impaired; please contact our Guest Services team before or during your visit.

  • Hidden disabilities sunflower scheme
    We recognise the hidden disabilities sunflower across Battersea Power Station as a simple tool for you to voluntarily share if you have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent, and when you may need a helping hand, understanding, or more time. You can also collect a sunflower lanyard from our Guest Services team.
  • Sensory Bags
    Our sensory bags are available to borrow during your visit and contain over-ear headphones, sunglasses and communication cards; if you would benefit from this support during your visit, please contact our Guest Services team before or during your visit.
  • WelcoMe
    The WelcomMe app enables you to notify us of your visit and of any additional support you may need, helping to make your visit more predictable. WelcoMe is available for download from your app store or accessible through our website by clicking here.
  • Wheelchairs
    Manual wheelchairs are available for hire. Please click here for the booking process and please click here for our standard terms and conditions.

Baby-changing areas are located across the power station. Our family room is located on Level 1, north side and is available to feed your child.

If you are cycling to Battersea Power Station, you will find bike stands located across the estate.

If you’re visiting with a child, our Guest Services team can provide a wrist band for them to wear which provides information and your phone number. The wrist band can provide peace of mind and help make a reunion quicker in the event that you become separated.

The wrist bands are available from any member of the Guest Services team at the Guest Services desks inside the entrances at Lower Ground (South) and Upper Ground (North).

Looking for coworking space in London? The Engine Room offers ready-to-use office space, coworking, meeting rooms, event and conference space in the heart of the Battersea Power Station. It is home to top-of-the-range facilities and services to enhance your day and help you work more productively.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Battersea Power Station. Please ensure that your dog is on a lead at all times and toileted before entering the power station. The following venues welcome dogs:

If you have lost an item at Battersea Power Station, please contact our Guest Services team at guestservices@bpsms.co.uk. When you collect your item we will need a full item description and to check your identification.

Any lost items handed to us are stored for a period of 90 days; after this time all items are donated to local charity partners.

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Saturday, 10am – 9pm.
  • Sunday, 12 noon – 6pm.

Individual shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venue hours may vary, so please check with each retailer before visiting.

Our prayer room is located on the ground floor, north side and offers a quiet multi faith space for reflection or prayer.

An outdoor playground is available, this is located on Prospect Park Lane which is close to the London Underground Battersea Power Station.
