Location: Our Guest Services desks are located just inside the North Entrance (Upper Ground Floor) and South Entrance (Ground Floor) of the Power Station.

If you require extra support, our fully trained Guest Services team offer the following services:
Baby changing areas are located across the Power Station. Our family room is located on Level 1, north side and is available to feed your child. There are baby changing facilities in both male and female toilet blocks, please speak to a member of the guests services team to direct you to the closest one.
If you are cycling to Battersea Power Station, you will find bike stands located across the estate. We also have an underground bicycle hub located on the south side of the estate, near the tube station. Enter via the lift opposite Third Space and next to the playground or continue along Lumen Lane past M&S where you will find the entrance.
If you’re visiting with a child, our Guest Services team can provide a wrist band for them to wear which provides information and your phone number. The wrist band can provide peace of mind and help make a reunion quicker in the event that you become separated.
Co-working, event and conference spaces, and meeting rooms are available for hire at The Engine Room, featuring top-of-the-range facilities.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Battersea Power Station. Please ensure that your dog is on a lead at all times and toileted before entering the Power Station. The following venues welcome dogs:

No! Entry to Battersea Power Station is completely free, you do not have to pay to visit.

If you have lost an item at Battersea Power Station, please contact our Guest Services team at guestservices@bpsms.co.uk. When you collect your item we will need a full item description and to check your identification.
Any lost items handed to us are stored for a period of 90 days; after this time all items are donated to local charity partners.

Individual shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venue hours may vary, so please check with each retailer before visiting.
Our prayer room is located on the ground floor, north side through the corridor adjacent to Battersea Book Shop in Turbine Hall B and offers a quiet multi faith space for reflection or prayer.

An outdoor playground is available, this is located on Prospect Park Lane which is close to the London Underground Battersea Power Station.
