We’re super excited to welcome you to Battersea Power Station and want to make every element of your experience seamless and enjoyable. Our Guest Services team are available to answer your questions and to provide support. You can contact them by email or visit them during your visit to Battersea Power Station.

Location: Our Guest Services desks are located just inside the North Entrance (Upper Ground Floor) and South Entrance (Ground Floor) of the Power Station.

Here you’ll find key information to make your experience seamless and enjoyable.

If you require extra support, our fully trained Guest Services team offer the following services:

  • Accessible Toilets
    Accessible toilets are located throughout the Power Station and require a RADAR key for entry. For guests who do not have their own RADAR key please ask a member of staff at the Guest Services desk or call 020 8176 6500 and a team member will come and unlock the stall for you.The National Radar Key Scheme (RADAR) is a program in the United Kingdom designed to provide independent access to locked public toilets for people with disabilities and access needs. Individuals can obtain a RADAR key from local authorities, disability organisations, or certain online retailers. Proof of disability or health condition may be required when applying for a key.

    Our tube station also has a disabled toilet, ensuring accessible facilities for all passengers and making travel easier for those with mobility needs.

  • Blue Badge Parking
    We have a total of 45 disabled parking spaces available in our Circus West Village and Electric Boulevard car parks – these spaces are available specifically for use by Blue Badge holders.   • BSL Interpreting
    To ensure every guest receives the support they need, our Guest Services team offers instant access to live British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting through CONVO. This service enables seamless, real-time communication between our staff and Deaf or hard-of-hearing guests, making it easier to ask questions, get assistance, and enjoy a fully inclusive experience.
  • Changing Places
    Our Changing Places facility is located ground floor, north side next to Swatch and is accessible using a RADAR key.  If you do not have a RADAR key, please contact our Guest Services team who can provide access. To locate the Battersea Power Station Changing Places facility click here.
  • Electric Scooters & Wheelchair Hire
    Mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs are available for hire. Please click here for the booking process and please click here for our standard terms and conditions. Mobility equipment is available during operating hours only.
  • Hearing Loops
    Our Guest Services desks are equipped with hearing loops to ensure clear communication for visitors with hearing aids or cochlear implants. These systems provide enhanced audio clarity by transmitting sound directly to compatible devices, making it easier for guests to engage with our staff and access important information.
  • Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme
    We recognise the hidden disabilities sunflower as a way of you voluntarily sharing that you may need a helping hand, understanding, or more time.  Sunflower lanyards are available from our Guest Services team.
  • Recite Me
    We now provide an inclusive online experience to enable website visitors to access online content and services barrier-free. The Recite Me assistive toolbar on this website includes screen reading functionality, multiple reading aids, customizable styling options an on-demand live translation feature that boasts over 100 languages including 65 text-to-speech and styling options. Click on the accessibility icon in the bottom right hand corner.
  • Sensory Back Packs
    Sensory backpacks are available to hire for free from our Guest Services Desks, these backpacks contain over-ear headphones, sunglasses, fidget toys and communication cards.
  • Visually Impaired Shopping
    Shopping guide or assistance is available for those who are visually impaired or have low vision. Please contact us ahead of your visit as our Guest Services team are trained and ready to help. Companion Canes are available as part of this access service.
  • WelcoMe
    The WelcomMe app enables you to notify us of your visit and of any additional support you may need, helping to make your visit more predictable. WelcoMe is free to use and is available for download from your app store or accessible by clicking here.

Baby changing areas are conveniently located throughout the Power Station for your ease and comfort. Our dedicated Family Rooms, situated on Level 1 of Turbine Hall B (North Side), offers a quiet and private space where you can feed and care for your child. Comfortable seating is provided in the Family Room and in a few selected baby changing rooms to make your visit more relaxed.

 

For added convenience, baby changing facilities are also available within both the male and female toilet blocks. If you need assistance finding the nearest facility, please don’t hesitate to approach a member of our Guest Services team, who will be happy to guide you.

If you are cycling to Battersea Power Station, you will find bike stands located across the estate. We also have an underground bicycle hub located on the south side of the estate, near the tube station. Enter via the lift opposite Third Space and next to the playground or continue along Lumen Lane past M&S where you will find the entrance.

If you’re visiting with a child, our Guest Services team can provide a wrist band for them to wear which provides information and your phone number. The wrist band can provide peace of mind and help make a reunion quicker in the event that you become separated.

Co-working, event and conference spaces, and meeting rooms are available for hire at The Engine Room, featuring top-of-the-range facilities.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Battersea Power Station. Please ensure that your dog is on a lead at all times and toileted before entering the Power Station. The following venues welcome dogs:

If you have misplaced an item at Battersea Power Station, please reach out to our Guest Services team at guestservices@bpsms.co.uk. When you come to retrieve your item, we will need a detailed description and proof of identification.

All lost items handed in to us are kept for 60 days, after which they are donated to local charities. For GDPR compliance, bank cards are destroyed at the end of the day, and other personal data items like IDs are securely destroyed after one week.

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Saturday, 10am – 9pm.
  • Sunday, 12 noon – 6pm.

Individual shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venue hours may vary, so please check with each retailer before visiting.

Our prayer room is located on the ground floor, north side through the corridor adjacent to Waterstones in Turbine Hall B and offers a quiet space for reflection or prayer.

An outdoor playground is available, this is located on Prospect Park Lane which is close to the London Underground Battersea Power Station.

For any works relating to particular brands on site please ensure you are obtaining a permit through the management team of that brand/retailer.
