Made with buttermilk, regenerative buckwheat and plain flours and high welfare eggs, the batter is then steeped for at least 10 hours – all this contributes to a positive gut health, before talking about minerals, proteins etc. For those with gluten sensitivity or a vegan diet, we offer an alternative batter.
