Tonkotsu is named after the lip-smacking, creamy ramen typical in Kyushu, Japan’s southern-most island. Mighty bowls of ramen are at the centre of the restaurant’s menu, made with slow cooked broths and homemade noodles.
The menu also includes perfectly crisp fried chicken marinated in soy, ginger, garlic and mirin, glorious gyoza made fresh in-house everyday, plus loads of other delicious meaty, vegetarian or vegan dishes and a super selection of Japanese whiskies and sake. Dine in or take away your favourite Japanese delights!
Available for bookings Monday – Thursday only (excluding bank holidays and school holidays) but they always leave space for walk-ins.
