Borough Kitchen

Borough Kitchen is for people who see the kitchen as the heart of their home. Founders Justin Kowbel and David Caldana opened their first store in Borough Market in 2013, with the aim to sell functional, quality-tested kitchenware that lasts a lifetime.

Battersea Power Station will be the newest location, with the most extensive range of products and their largest cook school. The Battersea Power Station cook school can host private events, and features a wide range of classes from Applied Knife Techniques to Chinese Dumplings and Bao. They’ll teach you how to rely on instincts rather than follow instructions to the letter.
