Two Drops Guest Toastie Series

This June and July, Two Drops welcomes award-winning author, columnist and flavour aficionado, Gurdeep Loyal, as their guest chef toastie.

His is a Korean Tuna & Pickled Ginger Melt, a spicy umami-packed rework of a classic tuna melt, lifted straight from the pages of his new cookbook ‘Flavour Heroes’.
