LEAP Upsizes at Battersea Power Station with 12,500 sq ft office at 50 Electric Boulevard

LEAP Legal Software is more than doubling its previous office space at Battersea Power Station by leasing the second floor of 50 Electric Boulevard, the neighbourhood’s latest 200,000 sq ft sustainable office building.

The legal technology company will be basing its UK operations from the new office, with the increased space providing opportunities for greater collaboration and innovation.

LEAP joins SharkNinja, Foster + Partners and TEAM LEWIS in 50 Electric Boulevard, and over 70 brands with offices across the wider Battersea Power Station estate which collectively employ over 4,200 staff.

LEAP Legal Software, the global legal technology company, has signed a 12,500 sq ft office at Battersea Power Station’s 50 Electric Boulevard, more than doubling its presence at the riverside neighbourhood.

Re-locating from their previous office space of 5,500 sq ft within Circus West Village, the first phase of the 42-acre mixed-use estate, LEAP’s new workspace reflects their strong UK and global expansion and ongoing commitment to the neighbourhood.

LEAP provides a cloud-based, all-in-one software that brings together everything a law firm needs, including case and document management, time recording and billing, legal accounting, client services, and award-winning legal AI solutions, in one place. The legaltech company helps firms work more efficiently by letting them manage everything from anywhere, on any device.

Their new 50 Electric Boulevard workspace is expected to accommodate 95 workstations, 10 meeting rooms, two board rooms, a studio, and significant collaboration space to foster teamworking and innovation.

LEAP joins global brands including SharkNinja, Foster + Partners and TEAM LEWIS at 50 Electric Boulevard, which brings total occupancy of the sustainable 200,000 sq ft workspace to 54%.

SharkNinja and Foster + Partners also chose 50 Electric Boulevard to increase their office presence within the Battersea area, which is quickly becoming a thriving office hub with more than 70 businesses now based at the riverside neighbourhood. This includes Apple’s 500,000 sq ft UK headquarters inside the Power Station, alongside start-ups, SMEs and other global companies. Industries represented at Battersea Power Station range from tech and marketing to law and architecture, demonstrating the broad sector appeal of the neighbourhood.

50 Electric Boulevard is a BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum-rated workspace that prioritises sustainability and wellbeing. Unique features include the 270 capacity ‘Light Box’ amenity space with presentation area, trees and giant skylights, an 1,800 sq ft communal roof garden with inspiring city views and a hotel-style entrance with lounge seating and concierge. SmartScore Platinum-rated digital infrastructure offers world class connectivity and an unsurpassed contactless building experience, with tenants able to travel from the tube to their office floor via a mobile digital pass, and access exclusive offers and events across the neighbourhood.

Approximately half the Battersea Power Station masterplan has been delivered to date, and a further 16-acres is still to be developed with planning permission for 3.2 million sq ft of new offices, homes, commercial, cultural and leisure space. Construction is soon to begin on Phase 3C, positioned opposite 50 Electric Boulevard, which will complete the pedestrianised high street with two residential-led buildings designed by Gehry Partners.
