Since opening its doors to the public in 2022, Battersea Power Station has quickly become one of London’s ultimate go-to destinations, with its wellness and fitness offering also proving to be a huge draw for visitors. To celebrate the breadth of fitness and wellness brands now open at the riverside neighbourhood, Battersea Power Station will host ‘Good Fit’ between 10th March – 6th April 2025, an exciting calendar of free and ticketed activities designed to showcase how you can find joy and empowerment through exercise and mindfulness. On 12th March, physician, mental fitness advocate and podcaster Dr Alex George will host ‘Stomp & Talk’, an event where guests can join him for a walk in Battersea Park followed by an intimate Q&A with Dr Alex at Battersea Power Station. The aim of the event is to highlight how walking is not only great for mind, mood and body, but when walking with company, the benefits are amplified as it often makes it easier to open up and talk more about our feelings. Dr Alex is an expert in the field and hosts his own podcast ‘The Stompcast’ with a mission to get us all outside stomping for our mind and our body.
On hosting the ‘Stomp & Talk’ event with Battersea Power Station, Dr Alex George said:
“I’m thrilled to be working with Battersea Power Station on Stomp & Talk as part of the Good Fit event series. With my podcast Stompcast, I’m on a mission to inspire and encourage people to spend more time outdoors with others to connect, and boost both their mental and physical health. I’m excited to bring this to life at such as iconic location and show more people that walking and talking to those around them can be such a powerful way to make them feel good.”
On 13th and 20th March, at the Power Station’s chimney lift experience, Lift 109, restore balance by taking part in a Sky High Reset: EFT Tapping Workshop. Starting with a mat Pilates session to center and strengthen the body, participants will then step onto the court for a fun padel session.

The Peppa Pig store will follow suit by hosting free weekday fitness sessions, where little ones can take part in a series of fun fitness-themed activities, after which families will be able to meet with Peppa Pig herself.
In addition to exercise and mindfulness classes, several brands involved in the Good Fit event will host educational and inspiring panel talks including Biowell Health, a cutting-edge wellness hub that combines advanced bio-stacking therapies and personalised health plans, which will be opening its flagship health centre at the riverside neighbourhood at the end of February 2025.
