Battersea Power Station Welcomes The Elephant Trail And A Host Of Family-Friendly Activities This Easter

The Elephant Trail arrives at Battersea Power Station just in time for the Easter holidays, featuring 21 artist-designed elephant sculptures displayed across the riverside neighbourhood in support of wildlife charity, Elephant Family.

Visitors can unlock special offers from brands including Peppa Pig, Transformers, Kiehl’s, Moleskine, Searcys and Lindex when discovering the elephants using an interactive art trail app.

Family-friendly rides and activities will also be available at the riverside neighbourhood over the Easter break, including bungee trampolines, bumper cars, carousel and arts and craft workshops.

A range of markets and pop-ups will take place over the Easter holidays, including the LEGO® Build Event, River Walk Market and Salad Days Market.

Battersea Power Station is set to host an unforgettable Easter season with the arrival of The Elephant Trail, a one-of-a-kind public art trail from the Elephant Parade in aid of wildlife charity, Elephant Family.

The Elephant Trail at Battersea Power Station will take place from 26th March – 26th April 2026, with 21 beautifully decorated elephant sculptures displayed across the riverside neighbourhood. Designed by renowned artists and designers from around the globe, including Studio Phantasma and Patricia Collins, the sculptures will transform Battersea Power Station into a vibrant open-air gallery celebrating art, creativity and nature.

The trail invites visitors of all ages to discover each elephant sculpture and log their finds on an immersive art trail app, which will unlock special offers from brands including Peppa Pig, Transformers, Kiehl’s, Moleskine, Searcys, Lindex, Curated Makers, Noci and Bonbon Pottery to name a few.

Following the exhibition, the public will have the opportunity to bid for their favourite elephant through an online auction, raising vital funds for the Elephant Family charity to help protect Asia’s elephants, tigers and other endangered wildlife.

Alongside the Elephant Trail, visitors can enjoy a range of exciting Easter activities taking place across the riverside neighbourhood.

From 30th March – 12th April, Power Station Park will host carousel and bungee trampoline rides, while bumper cars will be available in Turbine Hall B, offering fun for little ones during the school holidays. Street food trucks will also pop up in Power Station Park, adding to over 50 restaurants, cafes and bars at Battersea Power Station.

Creative activities throughout the Easter period will include elephant-themed arts and craft workshops for children, providing plenty of opportunities for younger visitors to get involved with the spirit of the trail.

From 7th – 12th April, artist Anna Bruder from A Line Art will host a free elephant-themed mural colouring activity on Level 1 in Turbine Hall A. Visitors are invited to colour, doodle, draw and contribute to a giant collaborative colouring wall, helping to bring the mural to life throughout the week. Perfect for all the family, visitors can watch the artwork evolve and take part in the creative process.

The Chimney Lift at Battersea Power Station will host a Charlie the Chimney Easter Event from 28th March – 12th April, inviting families to celebrate the season with a programme of spring-themed activities. Children are encouraged to arrive in their best fancy dress and will be welcomed with a complimentary Bunny Bubbles mocktail. Guests can explore the attraction decorated with cheerful spring décor, take part in Charlie’s Easter scavenger hunt for the chance to win a prize, and enjoy an Easter colouring table in the gallery for some creative fun.

Visitors can enjoy a range of seasonal markets and pop-ups across Battersea Power Station over the Easter period, including the much-loved Salad Days Market from 3rd – 6th April. Alongside this, a special LEGO® Build activation will take over Turbine Hall A from 1st – 4th April, inviting families to build, create and play. Activities will include a tile wall decorating station, the chance to build an Easter egg to take home (available daily from 10am to 12pm on a first come, first served basis while stocks last) a photo opportunity, and a series of LEGO® Easter egg displays.

The River Walk Market will return from Sunday 29th March, bringing a curated selection of independent, local traders to the riverside including Creamor selling delicious Greek pastries, Su Fire Nuts and Superlicious Bakery. The market will be open on the river walk in Circus West Village next to the Power Station every Sunday until the end of August.

Joining these unique Easter activities, families can also visit the newly opened Ramses and The Pharoahs’ Gold exhibition at NEON at Battersea Power Station, which invites visitors to explore a collection of over 180 priceless artefacts and opulent treasures on load from the Egyptian Museum.

Travelling to Battersea Power Station for Easter could not be easier with the Zone 1 Battersea Power Station Underground station bringing the riverside neighbourhood within 15 minutes of the West End and the City. Battersea Power Station also has its very own Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier and is a 15-minute journey from Embankment, 20 minutes from Blackfriars, 30 minutes from Putney and 40 minutes from Canary Wharf. The riverside neighbourhood is easily accessible by bus, bike, car and train too.
