Pub and dining concept The Hero’s Return, Japanese restaurant Konjiki, viral Asian dining hotspot Noodle Inn, Virgin Atlantic Holidays, Mango Man, and high-energy fitness and lifestyle club, One City, are among some of the brands that will be joining the riverside neighbourhood.
Apple Music Hall also launched at Battersea Power Station this week, with Sir Elton John performing on the opening night. A strong lineup of artists has been announced for the coming weeks including Baby Keem, Skye Newman Troye Sivan, Arlo Parks, Burna Boy, Chase & Status and Charli xcx. The brand-new state-of-the-art live music venue has been designed to connect artists and fans through bespoke, intimate performances.
James Saunders, CEO of Battersea Power Station Development Company, said:
“Welcoming our 50 millionth visitor is an incredible milestone for Battersea Power Station. The fact that millions of people now come here to shop, eat, work and live is testament to the extraordinary transformation that has taken place.
“The arrival of another wave of exciting brands reflects the continued confidence in Battersea Power Station and what we are creating here. These new openings will add even more to the breadth and quality of the experience, giving people new reasons to visit and return. This milestone is even more significant given we are only around halfway through delivering the wider masterplan. There is so much more to come as we shape the next chapter of Battersea Power Station.”
Opening in Circus West Village in autumn 2026, The Hero’s Return will be a new 9,000 sq ft riverside pub and dining concept from hospitality entrepreneurs David Ramsey and Jason Myers, the team behind London pasta restaurant group Bancone. A modern take on a traditional London pub, the venue will feature an 80-cover restaurant with the kitchen led by former St John head chef Jonathan Woolway.
Konjiki, the acclaimed Japanese restaurant, will open its second London location inside the Power Station and will be joined by viral Asian dining concept Noodle Inn, adding to the destination’s growing line up of Asian restaurants and retailers. Health-focused café, Jungleberry Acai will also join more than 50 eateries already open across the riverside neighbourhood.
Later this year, Virgin Atlantic Holidays will open a new flagship store inside the Power Station, offering personalised expert advice and bespoke long-haul holidays, from luxury escapes and family breaks to multi-centre adventures and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Following the success of its existing store, Mango is expanding its presence, moving into a larger unit and bringing Mango Man to Battersea Power Station. High-performance outerwear brand, ThruDark, opened its first pop-up store inside the Grade II* listed landmark last year and has been hugely popular with shoppers. So much so, the brand will open a new, permanent store before the end of 2026.
Building on the riverside neighbourhood’s high-quality fitness and wellness offering, Third Space is expanding its existing 28,000 sq ft luxury health club by a further 13,833 sq ft to meet strong demand. Plus, high-energy fitness and lifestyle club, One City, will also open its first London studio on Electric Boulevard.
The latest arrivals build on the strong leasing momentum at Battersea Power Station so far in 2026, with brands opening including Anthropologie, Wallace & Gromit and Friends – at Baaa-ttersea, Moida K-Beauty, Läderach, Me Place Nursery, Chango Empanadas, LIPS Healthcare, Duck & Dry and a pop-up from Beeboon. These brands have joined an established line-up that includes ZARA, Uniqlo, ME+EM, Reformation, Space NK, Moleskine, Massimo Dutti, Waterstones, Alo Yoga, El Pastor, Arcade Food Hall, The Salad Project, Sticks ‘n’ Sushi and WatchHouse to name a few.
Today, the wider Battersea Power Station neighbourhood includes more than 2,200 homes, approximately 800,000 sq ft of office space, a Zone 1 London Underground station, which has seen 38 million journeys since it opened five years ago, and more than 170 shops, bars, restaurants and leisure experiences.
Battersea Power Station has also established itself as a major destination for culture and entertainment, with a year-round programme of events and experiences. From official Olympic, Paralympic and Wimbledon fan zones and celebrASIA, London’s largest South East Asian festival, to Apple’s festive projections on the Power Station’s iconic facade and Glide at Battersea Power Station, the destination continues to attract Londoners as well as visitors from across the UK and overseas.
The visitor milestone comes as Battersea Power Station moves into the next chapter of its regeneration. Earlier this month, planning application was submitted for a revised masterplan developed by master planner urban designer and landscape architect, Studio Egret West, to shape the future of the remaining 16 acres of the 42-acre neighbourhood and deliver up to 3.2 million sq ft of new homes, workspace, cultural, leisure and community space.
Construction is also underway on Prospect Place South, two new Gehry Partners’ designed buildings, which will deliver approximately 300 homes, 65,000 sq ft of commercial space and a 15,000 sq ft Community Hub, while completing the pedestrianised high street, Electric Boulevard. Planning approval has also been granted to deliver 200 new high-quality council homes in partnership with Wandsworth Council on Phase 5, an undeveloped brownfield site to the east of the Power Station.
