The Cocktail & Cakes menu offers guest the chance to treat themselves to a leisurely afternoon charged with indulgence. From Sunday to Thursday, you can immerse yourself in a brand new daytime experience that celebrates the pioneering spirit of the engineers who powered London.
Choose a delicious slice, ranging from gluten-free carrot cake to the lemon & Earl Grey layer cake or the vegan cookie loaf cake and two signature cocktails masterfully crafted from the bars’ exclusive menu!
Dry January with CleanCo
Monday – Sunday
The Control Room B Engineers have designed their Dry January menu using CleanCo’s range of 0.0% alcohol-free spirits. Inspired by the bars’ electric history, each drink (£11) represents a “power surge” of energy from the ingredients used.
These include the Electro Zesta combination of CleanCo G 0.0% Gin alcohol-free spirit, Nonsuch Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger shrub, and raspberry syrup.
Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond soda, topped with Wild Life Botanicals Nude Sparkling, and the Electric Recharge featuring CleanCo T 0.0% Tequila alcohol-free spirit, cherry, vanilla & hazelnut syrup, coffee, topped with chocolate cookie & coconut milk foam.
