Available through August and in collaboration with Diplomatico Rum, the engineers at Control Room B have created three new cocktails, each offering a distinct flavour profile, promising a journey of taste and nostalgia.

Ranging from the herbaceous and boozy ‘The Alternator’ with Diplomatico Mantuano rum, Fernet Branca liqueur, cherry & vanilla syrup topped with citrus infused Coca-Cola foam, to the ‘Imported Goods’ a fresh and smokey combination of Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum, Limoncello liqueur, mango syrup, condensed milk and fresh lime juice.

Plus, upon ordering one of the Rum Revolution cocktails, you will receive an Engineers Passport! Once you have collected stamps for all three cocktails, present it to your server or bartender and receive a complimentary cocktail of your choice from the menu.

Choose a delicious slice, ranging from gluten-free carrot cake to the lemon & Earl Grey layer cake or the vegan cookie loaf cake and two signature cocktails masterfully crafted from the bars’ exclusive menu!
