Borough Kitchen Cook School

The Borough Kitchen Cook School focuses on skill-and-technique-based lessons that teach home cooks to confidently navigate cooking and entertaining, as well as make the most out of their kitchens.

Classes include Applied Knife Techniques, Chinese Dumplings & Bao, and Fresh Pasta from Scratch, among a dozen others. The Borough Kitchen Cook School has been featured in The Times, the Evening Standard, and BBC Good Food.

Big Green Egg Cooking Demonstrations

Join Borough Kitchen this summer at Battersea Power Station, for their Big Green Egg BBQ events!*

Discover the Big Green Egg’s versatility with demos on barbecuing, smoking, baking, roasting, slow-cooking, and rotisserie. Sample dishes, learn about its unique features and accessories, and receive expert guidance.

The Borough Kitchen team will be available all day to answer any questions and provide guidance on the different set-ups and delivery options.
