Phase 3C Consultation

Thank you for visiting our consultation page on the detailed plans for Phase 3C of the Battersea Power Station masterplan.

The outline masterplan for the 42-acre site, designed by Raphael Vinoly, and originally consulted on in 2009, provides the framework for a dynamic mixed-use town centre and was approved by the London Borough of Wandsworth over ten years ago.

Find out about we are continuing to build on the consented masterplan and creating a vibrant, mixed-use town centre in the heart of Battersea.

PHASE 3C AND COMPLETING ELECTRIC BOULEVARD
We held an initial round of public consultation in January and February for local people to come along, meet the team and find out more about the emerging plans for Phase 3C.

In April, we held further events to show how the plans have evolved in response to feedback from, the community, local stakeholders and Wandsworth Council. We were delighted with the level of interest and received a range of valuable feedback.

Thank you to all those who took the time to attend the events, if you were unable to join us, please click here to view the information that was shared and please click here to submit comments online. A Reserved Matters Application has been submitted to Wandsworth Council. To find out more about a Reserved Matters application please click here.
