Join Move with On: Midweek Mat Strength – an ongoing series of free mat-based sessions hosted every Wednesday morning at 7:30am.

Each 45-minute session is designed to build functional strength, boost energy, and support your movement journey – wherever you’re starting from.

Led by a rotating line-up of Local Ambassadors, each 4-week block brings something fresh – new energy, different movement styles, and expert guidance to help you move stronger and feel better.

  • Every Wednesday at 7:30am starting on January 7th
