As we embark on delivering the second half of the 42-acre masterplan, a series of construction sites to the east and south of the Power Station will be coming forward over the coming years.

There is currently ongoing construction for:

Phase 3C: Preparatory works are underway for the construction of two new buildings on Electric Boulevard which will complete the pedestrianised high street
Phase 5A: Preparatory works are underway for the proposed construction of 200 new homes, subject to planning permission

All construction works at Battersea Power Station are in line with the Construction Management Plan, Wandsworth’s Construction Code of Practice and the Considerate Contractors Scheme best practice.

The agreed working hours are:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm
Saturday, 8am – 1pm
