The future and the past come together at Dishoom’s newest café on Electric Boulevard. While it may sit in the shadows of the red-brick behemoth of Battersea Power Station, it is not to be cowed by tradition or history. It goes its own way – a retro-futuristic gem where new meets old. Guests are transported to Bombay in 2023, imagined through the lens of Bombay in the 1950s.

Begin your day at Dishoom Battersea with breakfast, perhaps with a Bacon Naan Roll or some Bun Maska and Chai. Then, lunch lightly on Roomali Roti Rolls, zesty salads and hearty Grills, a cooling Fresh Nimbu Soda alongside. Dine early or dine late on the Chefs Special Bhatti Chicken, or simply stay for a tipple – an India Gimlet, a Permit Room Old-fashioned, or a bold and vigorous Dishoom IPA.
