Vermouth free-pour at Brindisa
Our free-pour session is back! This time we are very excited to welcome El Bandarra Vermut to host a vermouth tasting session at Brindisa Battersea.
Vermouth or ‘vermut’, as they call it in Spain, is a very special fortified wine and probably the most popular aperitivo in Spain. It’s especially popular in Barcelona, where this craft vermouth hails from.
Join us for a fantastic evening and try all three El Bandarra vermouths (red, white & rosé). Learn everything about this versatile tipple that is full of flavour and bang on trend; from how it is produced to the Spanish way of enjoying it, well known as ‘La Hora del Vermut’ (Vermut o´clock):
RED VERMUT - The all-time classic drink. A smooth, appetising vermouth with a perfect bitter-sweet balance. Served with ice, a slice of orange and even a couple of olives too, because, after all, life is short.
WHITE VERMUT - The sweetest glass of El Bandarra. Made from white Grenache and Xarel-lo grapes blended with more than 40 herbs and spices, such as vanilla, wormwood and clove. Crisp, citric with an intense aroma.
ROSÉ VERMUT - The latest hit in Barcelona, it is made with Rosé Grenache and red fruits as well as fresh herbs including thyme and rosemary. The lightest and freshest of the trio, containing 30% less sugar, it was recently an Editor’s Pick in Stylist & described by BBC GOOD FOOD as “a drink of the summer”.
Remember, the first rule of our free-pours: first come first served, be quick as once it's gone, it's gone!
