One of the most renowned Catalan traditions is a gastronomic phenomenon called 'Calçotada' in the region surrounding Barcelona, Spain. No Calçotada is complete without the sweet char-grilled spring onions known as ‘calçots'. From January until April, the region surrounding Barcelona typically hosts this winter food festival and to celebrate, Tapas Brindisa are bringing the festival to you with their new at home kits!
