Summer Showtime 2022

Get ready to secure the best seats in the house as Battersea Power Station once again hosts Summer Showtime, a unique outdoor cinema experience running from 21st July – 21st August 2022.

The open-air riverside cinema will screen a host of blockbusters curated by The Cinema in the Arches, held for the first time in the newly opened six-acre Power Station Park situated in front of the Grade II* listed building itself. Cinema fans are in for a treat with a great line-up of much-loved classics, including Dirty Dancing and Back to The Future, to blockbuster hits such as The Greatest Showman, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Grand Budapest Hotel and many more.

Cinema-goers looking for the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and drink will be spoilt for choice with some great food and drink pop-ups on The Coaling Jetty out on the River Thames. You can expect cocktails and light bites from Megan's, wines from Vagabond, delicious chaat from Cinnamon Kitchen and sweet and savoury crepes Queen of the Crepes.

Seafood experts, Wright Brothers’, special summer riverside pop-up features delicious seafood tacos, burgers and oysters, plus tasty cocktails such as Pimms and lemonade and Mojitos to enjoy during your film. Guests will also be able to snack on gourmet popcorn and sweets from The Cinema in The Arches.

Visitors can also ‘dine around the world’ at Battersea Power Station’s eclectic mix of bars and restaurants including, delicious Italian dishes at Francesco Mazzei’s Fiume, Spanish delights at Tapas Brindisa Battersea, bottomless pizza at Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza, modern Indian at Chef Vivek Singh’s Cinnamon Kitchen, authentic Malaysian at Sugen Gopal’s Roti King, beer brewed on site at Battersea Brewery, and Japanese ramen at Tonkotsu to name a few, whether it is dine-in or takeaway. 

Summer Sport Screenings 

A selection of major sporting events will be shown for free during the afternoons on the big screen, including the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 final, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games every day until 8th August, the Tour De France and The Hundred, T20 and England Cricket London Series. Don't miss the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 final live from Battersea Power Station! On Sunday 31st July, kick back with your friends and cheer on the Lionesses on the big screen in Power Station Park from 4.30pm.
