The Pilates PT Method
The Pilates PT Method will be doing daily online classes, so you can keep fit at home for just £10 per class!
In addition to the above, they are also offering their rolling 8-week holistic (fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing plan).

Busylizzy Mummy & Me
Busylizzy are launching a full postnatal fitness, baby & pregnancy class timetable online.
From Monday 23rd March, they will stream 2 (possibly more) live classes per day, 7 days a week. They will also be offering boredom busting ideas for you to try at home and publishing talks from their trusted friends and professionals.
The service will be £20 per month for unlimited access to the classes, which will be streamed live and will also remain on the site for you to view whenever is convenient for you, should you not be able to make the session at the scheduled time. For more information and to sign up, click here.
