Shake It Up at Battersea Power Station

If you are anything like us, you love a well-made cocktail... There is just something special about the way the sweet and sour balances with the alcohol, and let's not forget how beautifully they are usually presented. To celebrate our love of cocktails we have put together some of the best recipes for you to try at home from the experts themselves - our retailers.

  • 60ml of Casamigos blanco tequila

  • 30ml of fresh lime juice

  • 10ml of fresh orange juice

Pimm’s Recipe

Serves 1

  • 50ml Pimms

  • 150ml Lemonade or Ginger Ale

  • Any fresh fruit – We like lemons, oranges, cucumber, strawberries

  • A sprig of mint

Locate your favourite glass (we prefer a tall glass), fill glass with ice and your freshly sliced fruit. Add the Pimms and your chosen mixer, stir well. Finish by garnishing with a sprig of mint.

Tommy’s Margarita

  • 50ml of El Jimador blanco tequila (or any 100% agave tequila of choice)

  • 25ml of fresh lime juice

  • 20ml of agave

  • A lime wedge, to garnish

Shake all ingredients together with ice. You can adjust the agave levels to taste, depending on how sweet or sour you prefer your margaritas.

Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge. We use dehydrated limes in our bars, but fresh lime is also great.

Espresso Martini

What you need:

  • Cocktail shaker. Or you can use a protein shaker or also, a water bottle works if you don’t own a cocktail shaker

  • Kettle

  • Tia Maria. Or you can use Baileys if you don’t have Tia Maria

  • Vodka

  • Coffee. Adam uses instant in his video as he was unable to buy the real deal, so use whatever coffee you can.
