Be Military Fit workout
Workout on the riverside at the foot of Battersea Power Station this Spring. Be Military Fit (BMF) is coming to Battersea Power Station with their signature class consisting of 5 key components: Physical preparation, Strength, Anaerobic capacity, speed and power, Aerobic capacity & Recovery.
The session promises to deliver maximum impact and results due to its scientific approach and military heritage!
Open to all levels of fitness this will definitely be something unique to try. These pop up taster classes are completely free however you must register to take part. Classes will start at 10.30am. Please arrive early as places are limited.
Please note that registering will not guarantee you a space.
Just like the military, BMF do workouts using what’s available – benches, tyres, ropes, own body weight and partner body weight - nothing over-technical or complex.
While a military style of training is what sets this training apart, and will always be at the core, they’ve taken away the intimidation factor and the scary and ramped up the motivation, camaraderie and fun factors!
