Battersea Park Fireworks
Whether it’s your fifth time visiting the Battersea Park fireworks or your first (where have you been?!), this year is set to be extra special… Not only has it never been easier to get there with the new Battersea Power Station Underground now open, but there will also be not one but two nights of fireworks to enjoy!
The two-night extravaganza will be happening on the 6th and 7th of November, with Saturday night being the classic bonfire celebrations from 7.30pm, followed by the fireworks at 8pm. Sunday night will be tailored more towards families and children with fireworks starting an earlier at 7pm. Instead of a bonfire there will also be a new lighting installation called The Vortex Flow.
Every year our restaurants and bars get fully booked so make sure you book ASAP! You can walk through Battersea Power Station from/to the new Underground, making it the perfect pit-stop pre or post show. Vagabond Wines, Glenfarclas and Caju will have hot drinks available all weekend to keep you warm on the Coaling Jetty and on your way to the park. We will also be joined by Feed the Village, Secret Gold MIne and Lil Watan food truck on the Riverwalk for a quick bite.
The Battersea Park Fireworks Show traditionally sells out, so make sure to book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. All ticket sales help raise funds to enhance the green spaces throughout Wandsworth.
