Margarita Month at Control Room B

Running until 22nd March, Control Room B will be offering a selection of Margaritas inspired by 1950s optimism where simple actions create immediate results.

The menu entitled At The Flick of a Switch, will offer cocktails including the Fully Switched, an aromatic and bright coming together of Patrón Silver tequila, bergamot liqueur, italian aperitif, green chilli liqueur, grapefruit sherbet, agave and lime and the Black Voltage which combines Ilegal Joven Mezcal, yuzu liqueur, cedro liqueur, passion fruit, activated charcoal and lime.

Furthermore, an additional cocktail in the form of the Lucky Red’s will be offered. This cocktail, a refreshing and indulgent coming together of Patrón Silver tequila, cedro liqueur, figs & cherries liqueur, cola wine and lemon, won first place in the Inception Group Cocktail Competition 2025.
