The Control Room B Engineers have designed their Dry January menu using CleanCo’s range of 0.0% alcohol-free spirits. Inspired by the bars’ electric history, each drink (£11) represents a “power surge” of energy from the ingredients used.

These include the Electro Zesta combination of CleanCo G 0.0% Gin alcohol-free spirit, Nonsuch Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger shrub, and raspberry syrup.

Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond soda, topped with Wild Life Botanicals Nude Sparkling, and the Electric Recharge featuring CleanCo T 0.0% Tequila alcohol-free spirit, cherry, vanilla & hazelnut syrup, coffee, topped with chocolate cookie & coconut milk foam.

On their January specials menu, El Pastor have created a non-alcoholic take on their Diabolitio margarita in collaboration with Almave. Names the Angelito, it has all the jalapeno brine and spicy Tajin rim we love about the Diabolito.

For a non-alcoholic take on the classic El Pastor Margarita, switch in the tequila for Almave’s premium Blue Agave spirit made in the highlands of Jalisco. Their Michel-adas, Cheladas and Cubanas can all be made with 0% Estrella Galicia.
