The Power Club
As a member of the Power Club, for residents and owners, there is no such thing as ‘standard’. Watch a movie in the Screening Rooms, host dinner parties in the River room or invite friends over for cocktails in the Circus Bar where expert chefs and mixologists serve you seven days a week. Concierge Plus delivers life-enhancing services, dry cleaning delivered to your wardrobe, weekly shopping unpacked, we can even arrange for your dog to be walked or book that ‘impossible’ table for dinner. The Power Club app helps you unlock every moment of life at Battersea Power Station.
Wellness starts in The Spring. With a stunning pool, gym and sauna this is the first private gym space to open on site. This first of many specialist facilities offers programmes to empower body, mind and spirit. All programmes are designed and overseen by Dr Errol Richardson PhD and are delivered by a hand selected team of world-class experts including, personal trainers, nutritionists, massage therapists, yoga and pilates instructors and meditation teachers. Such is our focus on wellness our programmes can also include tailored meals and snacks delivered to your front door.
You can enjoy a Thames-side view from The Riverhouse at Circus West and you can use the sky garden atop Battersea Roof Gardens, in addition to the leisure, spa and private dining facilities. All part of your exclusive membership to The Power Club. As part of this all-encompassing ‘Resort Strategy’, the amenity spaces will host events, functions and activities that complement what’s happening elsewhere in the community.
The Flower at Prospect Place
Residents will be able to enjoy c. 6,500 sq ft of facilities within Gehry Partners’ Flower building, at the centre of Prospect Place. Proposed amenities will include extensive social, lounge, library and work spaces, spilling out onto the residents’ gardens and overlooking Electric Boulevard below. Private rooms will be available to hire; including a large chef’s table dining room, screening room and meeting rooms. There will also be a holistic yoga studio and treatment rooms, as well as hotel rooms reserved for residents to hire should they need additional guest accommodation.
Battersea Roof Gardens Residents’ Club
In a prime position, affording views over the Power Station, the Battersea Roof Gardens Residents’ Club will extend to c. 7,400 sq ft. The upper level will feature a quiet seating area and business zone with an internal balcony that overhangs the double-height foyer below. Private rooms will be available for residents to hire, including a screening room and private dining rooms. A proposed sunken courtyard staircase will link the residents’ lounge to fabulous roof gardens above.
The Roof Garden
Designed by James Corner Field Operations of New York’s High Line fame, the gardens will be amongst the largest in London (just over two acres) and include BBQ and picnic areas, a sun lawn, seating and multi-purpose deck. With little pockets of space to quietly read a book, a lawn to relax on, or a communal area to meet your neighbours and entertain friends – the roof garden will offer the most incredible views over London
Battersea Roof Gardens Residents' Gym
Battersea Roof Gardens will also sport a c. 4,700 sq ft gym complete with cardio machines, weights areas and a studio space. This lofty, double-height fitness area will overlook the Power Station and bustling Electric Boulevard below.
