Northern line extension (NLE)
Battersea Power Station has now handed over a large area of the site, shaded on the plan below, to Transport for London (TfL) to enable them to build the new Underground station and tube line. Tunnelling machines have now set out from the site on their journey to Kennington, and it is anticipated that the new line will be ready in 2020.
As Battersea Power Station no longer has any control over this area of the site we are unable to respond to enquiries about these works.
Enquiries relating to the progress of TfL’s works on site should be directed to Ferrovial Laing O’Rourke (FLO) who can be contacted on 0343 222 2424 or via email at email@example.com.
Progression on Circus West Village (Phase 1)
More than 1000 people live in Circus West, and residents continue to move in to the apartments alongside the River Thames. Shops, bars, restaurants and the Battersea General Store have opened with more businesses opening throughout the year. The Village Hall has also opened and is hosting a wide range of events. A section of riverside park, reached along the riverwalk, via Grosvenor Arch, is now open to the public and hosting a lively programme of pop-up events.

What is the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS)?
This is a code of considerate practice that commits our sites and the companies and suppliers registered with the scheme to care about appearance, respect the community, protect the environment, secure everyone’s safety and value their workforce. The aim is to improve the image of construction.
The construction industry has a huge impact on all our lives, with most construction work taking place in sensitive locations. We want to promote a positive image across the whole industry.
Sites are regularly monitored for health and safety, workforce well-being, as well as environmental and community impacts.
