Shake It Up at Battersea Power Station
If you are anything like us, you love a well-made cocktail... There is just something special about the way the sweet and sour balances with the alcohol, and let's not forget how beautifully they are usually presented. To celebrate our love of cocktails we have put together some of the best recipes for you to try at home from the experts themselves - our retailers.

Drinks:
Tequila Margarita
Serves 2
Ingredients:

60ml of Casamigos blanco tequila
-
30ml of fresh lime juice
-
10ml of fresh orange juice
-
30ml of agave nectar
-
30ml of orange liqueur
-
Salt, sugar or orange zest, for the rim
Method:
Combine all the ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with lime.
Pimm’s Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:

50ml Pimms
-
150ml Lemonade or Ginger Ale
-
Any fresh fruit – We like lemons, oranges, cucumber, strawberries
-
A sprig of mint
Method:
Locate your favourite glass (we prefer a tall glass), fill glass with ice and your freshly sliced fruit. Add the Pimms and your chosen mixer, stir well. Finish by garnishing with a sprig of mint.
Tommy’s Margarita
Serves 1
Ingredients:

50ml of El Jimador blanco tequila (or any 100% agave tequila of choice)

25ml of fresh lime juice
-
20ml of agave
-
A lime wedge, to garnish
Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice. You can adjust the agave levels to taste, depending on how sweet or sour you prefer your margaritas.
Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge. We use dehydrated limes in our bars, but fresh lime is also great.
Rhubarb Negroni Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:

25ml of Chase rhubarb and Bramley apple gin

25ml of Cocchi Americano or another vermouth
-
25ml of Campari
-
Rhubarb (1-2 pieces)
-
Sugar
-
Water
Method:
Mix the Chase rhubarb and Bramley apple gin, Cocchi Americano and Campari. To garnish, boil 3cm chunks of rhubarb in equal parts sugar and water. Allow to cool. Serve the Negroni over ice, adding the garnish on top.

Espresso Martini
What you need:

Cocktail shaker. Or you can use a protein shaker or also, a water bottle works if you don’t own a cocktail shaker

Kettle
Ingredients:

Tia Maria. Or you can use Baileys if you don’t have Tia Maria

Vodka
-
Coffee. Adam uses instant in his video as he was unable to buy the real deal, so use whatever coffee you can.

Sugar. If you have sugar syrup, then that’s amazing, but if not, sugar also works too!

Chocolate powder. Cocoa powder or hot chocolate powder is great.

Tapas Brindisa
An Odd Thyme Cocktail
Serves 1
Ingredients:

50ml Gin Mare
-
15ml thyme-infused agave
-
15ml lemon juice
-
cava to top up
Method:
Pour all ingredients except cava into cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe / flute and top up with cava.
