Site working hours

In agreement with the London Borough of Wandsworth, the standard site working hours are:

•    Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm

•    Saturday: 8am to 5pm

•    Sunday and Bank Holidays: works subject to prior approval by the Council

It has also been agreed that out-of-hours works can take place overnight around the Power Station between 8pm and 8am, including on Saturday and Sunday. Measures are in place to minimise disturbance to our neighbours and Construction Managers frequently review planned louder works so they can be carried out during general site working hours.

Considerate Constructors Scheme

All phases at Battersea Power Station are signed up to the Considerate Constructors Scheme to ensure that everything possible is done to minimise the impact of works for our neighbours. This includes monitoring noise, ensuring on site dust is suppressed and lorries arrive and leave the site in a considerate way.

As a Client Partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, Battersea Power Station aims to ensure all contractors adhere to the Code of Considerate Practice.
